Our coaches have successfully completed our comprehensive training, assessment, and certification process. All our coaches have been hand-picked for their love of working with children and their passion for empowering young minds.
Each of our coaches is skilled in using our Wise for My Size Coaching mindset, soft skills methodology, and tools to support you and your child.
All of our coaches have specific specialisms, such as; mindfulness, curricular areas, neurodiversity, trauma, and life skills, as well as being able to work broadly on confidence, resilience, and mindset.

What to expect from a Coach
We start by completing a questionnaire with you and your child. This helps everyone clarify the area the coaching should focus on, the main concerns, and what improvement you seek.
Next, your coach will carefully craft a coaching program that will step you through the Wise for my Size methodology and tools.
In addition, you will be expected to attend each session with your child, and you may be asked to practice some of the exercises your coach shows you.
By the end of the coaching program, you will be amazed at your family's progress. Your coach will take you through a final questionnaire to celebrate and honour your progress.
