Marie is a mother of three teenagers with a passion for supporting children to grow in confidence and self-belief through creativity and coaching. Marie’s coaching approach is based on the belief that creating time and space for quieter children to be who they are and express their creativity helps them grow into fulfi
As a working mum, I know what it's like to want harmony and balance between your work and home life, and to seek fulfilment and happiness for yourself and your children whilst you support them to grow into confident adults. Sometimes it's a juggling act! I’ve always loved arts and crafts and encouraged creativity in my children from a young age. I believe that when children—and their parents—have space to create, connect, and simply be, they shine more brightly, and that makes the world a better place.
I became a Children’s Coach to help others have this space in their lives, to provide a place for reflective children to slow down, express themselves, and build confidence in a way that feels natural and supportive.
How do I do this?
Through small-group and 1:1 creative crafting sessions and a coaching-based approach, I provide a gentle, encouraging space for children to explore creativity, grow in confidence, and connect with others—without pressure or overwhelm. I know what it’s like to feel as if your true strengths aren’t valued, and I believe every child deserves to feel proud of who they are. The children I work with find the curiosity and confidence to handle the tricky situations that life throws their way. In 1:1 coaching, the parents of the children I coach also pick up tips to help them embed the learning and feel empowered to support their child’s wellbeing.
With a wellbeing theme running through my creative coaching sessions, we work on goals such as understanding and managing worries or developing a positive outlook, knowing how to prioritise self-care, or building self-belief. When children learn about these things in a fun way from an early age, it sets them up to achieve the life of their dreams.
I’m also passionate about supporting the parents of these children—helping them find balance and spaciousness in their own lives. While my current focus is on children, I hope to offer spaces for mums in the future, providing them with the same kind of calm, creative environment where they can replenish their energy and reconnect with themselves.
If you have a child who loves to create but prefers a calm, encouraging setting rather than a busy one, my 1:1 or group coaching sessions sound like the perfect fit.
