Marie Williams

   I am passionate about learning, wellbeing and creativity and I love reading, going to the theatre, and being outdoors.

With a background in psychology, HR and education, coaching felt like the natural next step so I recently trained to become an accredited Professional Coach (enabling me to support adults alongside my main role), and a certified Wise for My Size Children's Life Coach. 

I use coaching skills to empower professional people who are feeling stuck in their work or personal life, and to help children build their mental strength and grow into confident, happy adults. 

As a 'Yes Futures' charity volunteer Coach, I also help young people to develop their confidence, resilience, communication and self-awareness through the Rising Futures programme.

The children I work with find the curiosity and confidence to handle the tricky situations that life throws their way. We work together on their goals; from understanding and managing worries or developing a more positive outlook, to knowing how to prioritise their own self-care and building belief in themself. When children learn about these things from an early age, it sets them up to achieve the life of their dreams.
