Marie, a mum of three, is passionate about helping others build confidence and self-belief through creativity and coaching. She believes that giving quieter children the space to be themselves and express their creativity helps them grow into happy, fulfilled adults who positively impact the world.
As a working mum, I understand the pull between work, home, and wanting the best for your children - while still trying to find a sense of balance for yourself. It can feel like a constant juggling act!
Creativity has always been part of my life, and I’ve encouraged it in my own children from a young age. I know how powerful it can be when children (and their parents) are given space to slow down, create, and be themselves.
I became a children’s coach to offer that space to others - a gentle, supportive environment where reflective children can express themselves and build confidence in a way that feels natural and supportive.
How do I do this?
Through small-group and 1:1 creative crafting sessions and a coaching-based approach, I provide a gentle, encouraging space for children to explore creativity, grow in confidence, and connect with others—without pressure or overwhelm. I help the children I work with find the curiosity and confidence to handle the tricky situations that life throws their way, and feel proud of their unique strengths. In 1:1 coaching, I also help the parents embed the learning and feel empowered to support their child’s wellbeing.
With a wellbeing theme running through my creative coaching sessions, we work on goals such as understanding and managing worries, developing a positive outlook, knowing how to prioritise self-care, and building self-belief. When children learn about these things in a fun way from an early age, it sets them up to achieve their dreams.
If you have a child who loves to create and prefers a calm, encouraging setting rather than a busy one, my 1:1 or group coaching sessions could be the perfect fit.
