As parents, we know you are constantly looking for ways to support and empower your children with true wisdom, the kind of wisdom they can carry with them for a lifetime. The type of wisdom that will help them make good choices, be confident and live a happy life.

Our fully certified coaches lead a Wise for My Size Group and bring the Wise for My Size theory and ethos into these fun and engaging group sessions. What to expect - fun, games, stories, and activities that build strong mental health habits and emotional intelligence. Suitable for ages 6-14 years.
What are the benefits of a group?
A group setting builds confidence and allows your child to meet new people and make friends in a supportive and safe environment.

Hi, I'm Marie, and I run two after-school groups a week during term time.
These take place in Toddington, Bedfordshire:
- Friday 3.45-4.45pm
- Wednesday 4.45-5.45 pm (a quieter, smaller group)
I also offer one-to-one coaching either in-person (near Toddington) or online. These programmes are bespoke to the child’s needs and provide an opportunity to coach in greater depth at a mutually agreed time and place.
