As parents, we know you are constantly looking for ways to support and empower your children with true wisdom, the kind of wisdom they can carry with them for a lifetime. The type of wisdom that will help them make good choices, be confident and live a happy life.

Our fully certified coaches lead a Wise for My Size Group and bring the Wise for My Size theory and ethos into these fun and engaging group sessions. What to expect - fun, games, stories, and activities that build strong mental health habits and emotional intelligence. Suitable for ages 6-14 years.
What are the benefits of a group?
A group setting builds confidence and allows your child to meet new people and make friends in a supportive and safe environment.

My Wise for My Size after-school creative coaching sessions are a breath of fresh air for children who thrive in smaller group environments. They are a welcoming space to slow down, create, connect and have fun. Free trial session available. All craft materials supplied.
