I provide a safe and supportive space for children to explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences. I help children build confidence, understand their emotions and develop the resilience to thrive.

I work with children and teenagers who are struggling with confidence, anxiety, overthinking or big life transitions. Together we help them understand how their brain works, challenge unhelpful beliefs and build the confidence and resilience to navigate life's challenges.
I am passionate about helping children lighten their own mental and emotional load. So much of the baggage we carry as adults starts in childhood. Equipping children with the skills and tools to learn how to challenge their limiting and damaging beliefs not only helps them thrive in their young lives but also helps them lessen the burden as they move into adulthood. They learn to approach life with confidence, strength and resilience.
I’ve worked in Financial Publishing and sales and marketing for a sustainable investment fund. Having discovered the power of coaching myself during that time, I qualified as a Transformational Coach and only worked with adults initially. I then had two daughters and struggled with the transition to motherhood. During that time I reflected on my own childhood, what held me back and what could have been different. I strongly believe in the positive impact coaching can have on a child, young person or an adult. Seeing the enormous change and improvement it can make is hugely rewarding and it as a privilege to support children to achieve their goals and dreams.

I want to help children feel more confident and make everyday life feel more manageable and enjoyable by giving them the emotional tools to navigate challenges for themselves. I help them to stretch beyond their comfort zone and develop a growth mindset. I feel passionate about teaching children (and adults!) these skills while they’re on ‘dry land’.
I support children with the transition to secondary school (ages 10-14). By working with children in years 5 and 6 and after they’ve started secondary school in years 7 and 8, I help them prepare for the big change ahead as well as navigate the challenges they experience on the other side.
I am a Certified Wise for My Size Children’s Coach. I have an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching and a Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University. I have worked as an Active PQ Mental Fitness Coach having completed the Positive Intelligence Program. I have volunteered as a children’s coach with a charity called Yes Futures and I am also working with Lawyers4Learners, an oracy charity helping to teach public speaking to children in schools.
I’ve worked in different parts of the asset management industry, from media and events to in-house sales and marketing at a sustainable investment firm. I have professional qualifications in investments and marketing. I studied Spanish at Bristol University and loved my time living in Buenos Aires and Madrid.
I grew up on a farm and now live in West London and have two young daughters. But I’m still a country girl at heart! I love being outside in the fresh air and walking in the countryside. I enjoy tennis, yoga and Pilates and I’m slowly getting back into it – the reality of life with small children!

"I am very satisfied. Libby was fantastic and very patient. I think the challenge is now to keep mentioning some tools and concepts on a daily basis."

"When she started, our 13-year-old daughter was struggling with confidence, particularly in social situations. She found it difficult to approach others and make new friends even if she craved friends. School mornings had also become a challenge and a source of stress for the whole family. She has now developed greater confidence, she has joined a club and we have developed a morning routine that works for the whole family. I feel she is happier and better equipped to handle situations that once felt overwhelming."

I work one to one with children, typically weekly and sessions can be bought in blocks of 6 or more. I can come to your home or meet somewhere suitable (e.g. local library or quiet cafe).
These sessions can happen after school or in the evenings if the child is a bit older.
I have limited session availability at weekends. I am based in Shepherd’s Bush, West London.
I coach in schools either individually or in small groups e.g. a six week coaching program focusing on the transition to secondary school.
I also offer coaching to adults, usually online. I’ve worked with clients who are setting up their own business, navigating a period of uncertainty and those who feel stuck or unsure how to move forward as well as many other life challenges
