At just 16, I trained as a gymnastics coach, sparking a lifelong passion for helping others reach their full potential.

My curiosity and creativity have shaped a diverse career and driven me to keep learning, growing, and supporting others to do the same. I have had a varied career including — sports coach, health advisor, marketing manager, drama coach, teacher, celebrant, and parent to three wonderful children. 

After moving to France, I was inspired to teach, which led to a journey of self-discovery. While working full-time and raising a family, I earned a degree in Creative Writing and an iPGCE teaching certificate, blending creativity with education to support and inspire students. 

As my journey evolved, I came to see that mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and storytelling were central to meaningful learning. I realised that for young people to truly thrive, they needed more than academic skills — they needed self-esteem, confidence, compassion, and a strong sense of self. That’s where my passion for coaching was born. 

Today, I use drama, writing, art, nature, and play-based activities to create a safe, creative space for people of all ages (0–99!) to explore who they are and how they feel. 

My coaching blends empathy, creativity, and equality, helping people to work through a variety of different challenges.
